江启光社长1954年10月出生于台湾，毕业于台湾政治大学新闻系，曾任职台湾《中央日报》记者。1983年加入美洲《中国时报》，1985年该报结业，改任报纸印刷业务经理，1989年与合伙人创办伟博文化公司，经营纸媒及印刷。旗下印刷厂为全美华人最大的报刊印刷公司。目前承印7家日报，60余家周报，及50余家的双周刋、月刋及不定期刋物。客户群包括十多种不同文字的报纸和杂志。自营纸媒包括：美洲中国日报（简体中文版），美洲台湾 时报（繁体中文），每周出刊6天，每日出刊 40-70版。现有4个美国不同地区的纸媒，共享本公司新闻资讯。
