海南省公安厅境外非政府组织管理办公室负责人表示，公安机关将继续为境外非政府组织代表机构提供便利和高效服务，依法保障境外非政府组织的合法权益。同时也希望境外非政府组织一如既往地关注和参与海南公益和慈善事业，致力于在海南经济、教育、科技、文化、卫生、体育、环保等领域和济困救灾等方面开展合作项目，为促进海南省经济和公益事业发挥更大的作用。
