近一周以来，从美国、法国到德国，西方主流媒体纷纷刊登肯定中国成就的文章，中国网媒《察网》今天发表一篇专栏文章，要中国警惕，这可能是西方在捧杀中国。
这篇就题为「警惕！西方，可能在捧杀中国！」的文章说，最近，西方开始兴起「夸」中国的舆论，咱就不说过去较长时间以来夸了中国n次的英国媒体了，就在最近法国、德国、美国的主流媒体，都开始在头版或封面位置以最显眼的方式凸显中国的强大与崛起。
它列举事实回顾：
一、10月15日，法国第二大报纸在头版头条以超大汉字「中国，强国崛起」作为封面，并且用了8个版面介绍强大的中国，并在文章中用了不少歪曲和抹黑的语言来“酸”中国。
二、美国《时代》周刊最新一期杂志的封面，除美国本土版外，杂志封面都用中文和英文两种语言写着「中国赢了」(China Won)。据封面文章作者、美国政治学者、政治风险咨询公司欧亚集团(Eurasia Group)的创始人兼总裁伊恩·布雷默介绍，这是《时代》周刊封面第一次出现两种语言。在这一期杂志《中国经济是如何赢得未来的》一文中，布雷默指出，如今，中国已经成为全球经济领域最具实力的国家。
三、11月11日出版的德国《明镜》周刊封面罕见没有配图，只有“Xing lai!”两个黄色拼音和一个感叹号，字符右上角有一颗黄色五角星，底色是中国国旗的红色(如图)。封面下方的副标题是：「为什么中国已经是一号超级大国——给西方的一个信号。」
文章说，在不到一个月的时间里，法国、美国与德国三个西方最强大国家的主流媒体以这种方式来强调中国的崛起、中国的强大，看来有三个原因：
一、中国综合国力、世界影响力的确强大了。
这一点是毋庸讳言的，因为中国正在走向伟大复兴，这是客观事实，全世界都能看得到。所以，西方媒体如今开始炒作中国强大并不意外，这一点和过去的「中国威胁论」有一定的差别。过去的中国威胁论更多是杯弓蛇影出来的，今天对中国强大的描述大多是基于事实的存在。
关于这一点，可以从文章中看出来，无论他们写文章的初衷如何，文中对中国实力强大的描述，基本都是客观存在。
二、心理上处于不太愿意接受，但又不得不承认现实的状态。
西方人对中国的心理是非常复杂的，既想和中国合作不失去中国的潜在市场，又不希望中国实现复兴，同时对中国的强大也有几分恐惧，心理上还不愿意中国强大，但现在又不得不承认中国开始强大复兴的状态。这种复杂状态，可以体现在西方政界、学界、舆论界等。这一点，可以从西方的舆论、政客与学者的言论中窥斑见豹。
三、试图在挑起新的「中国威胁论」炒作以达到其政治目的。
西方政客为了达到自己的政治目的，往往会炒作中国威胁论，这已经是屡试不爽的老套路了。就拿本文所说的三篇文章来看，其中法国世界报和德国明镜周刊的文章都有很强烈的政治目的，那就是试图对西方世界提出警告——中国强大了，要小心!
而且，从法国世界报和德国明镜周刊发布文章的时间节点看，他们一方面有歪曲中国的意图，另一方面显然也有破坏走向妥协与合作的中美关系。这一点，在德国明镜周刊的文章中尤其凸显。文章还特别讽刺了访问中国的川普：「虽然并非故意，但是川普此行有些传递接力棒的意味：这名神神叨叨的自由世界领袖展开了一次类似告别的行程。」还称，川普在中国的温和表现「好似在磕头」，「川普正在向扩张的权力卑躬屈膝」。
它说，三篇文章中，只有时代周刊杂志中关于中国的阐释是相对客观的，由此也可以看出，美国的一些精英对中国的认识是比欧洲更加去意识形态化，更加客观。
但不管怎样，它说，这些文章中都可以闻到一股「中国威胁论」的味道，虽然，时代不同了，情况也有了变化，但很多西方人的意识形态没有变。他们，现在很可能在用「捧杀」的方式来制造新的中国威胁论。对此，应该有足够高的警惕。
但它说，无论是否有意在鼓噪中国威胁论，西方都不得不承认一个事实，那就是中国的的确确是强大了。所以，当他们不得不用大篇幅来描述中国强大的景象时，中国的这些现实的发展成就，会逐渐深入到西方的人心当中。随着时间推移，中国在西方人心目中的落后形象会大幅改观，中国未来对他们会更加有吸引力。
但对于这些文章的副作用，却要保持高度警惕，并且应采取措施对冲。文章表示，譬如，从法国和德国媒体的报导中可以看出，欧盟国家是不太希望中美关系靠近的，因为在很多领域美国和欧盟是竞争者，于是就会尽量挑拨中美的关系，放大中国对美国的威胁。
对于这种现象，文章认为要做3件事：
一、要借西方专家与智库之口客观谈中国，让西方老百姓客观了解一个真实的中国。
二、加强与西方国家客观的主要媒体、智库进行沟通、交流与合作。
三、在中国与西方国家的共同利益上深耕细作。
最后它指出，当今世界，合作发展依然是主流。一方面，要警惕那些捧杀之词；另一方面，则要充分利用这些舆论并且采取措施进行对冲，那么就能化腐朽为神奇，让西方不知不觉中客观看待中国的发展！
