朝鲜半岛的一线希望
——世界上任何一个地区的任何积极发展都应该得到赞赏和支持

朝鲜宣布停止核试验和导弹试验，得到了国际上的广泛赞扬。
这给了我们对朝鲜半岛和平的另一个希望，因该地区的该问题自20世纪50年代以来一直是备受关注的问题。
韩美两国的联合军事演习是朝鲜的永久之痛，末段高空区域防御系统和其他高科技武器的安装进一步加剧了局势。由于如此巨大的威胁，除了发展其威慑武器——导弹和核武外，朝鲜没有其他选择。尽管受到联合国、美国、南韩和国际社会的诸多制裁与警告，朝鲜仍在开发此类武器，并成功地测试了这些武器。由于特朗普总统和基姆总统在过去几个月中均发表了极严厉的言辞，局势进一步升级。两位总统，把所有的外交准则，都使用上了很不文明语言，如此等等。
朝鲜的这一形势不仅对朝鲜，而且对整个地区都造成了巨大的灾难。特朗普总统威胁要攻击朝鲜，基姆总统警告用强大的弹道导弹和核武器进行报复。在西方媒体，也有人猜测美国在2018春季袭击朝鲜。到2018年6月，特朗普总统和基姆总统举行了峰会，一个“希望之光”突然出现。
朝鲜也已经实现了其目标和能力得到以国际社会承认的目标，那么，朝鲜也就可以不需要进一步继续下去。另一方面，在发展这类武器的过程中，国家的所有资源都致力于它，经济发展受到严重的影响。因此，长期以来，朝鲜的经济、粮食、医疗和教育等方面遭受到了巨大的打击，出现了广泛的贫困现象。
朝鲜是中国的一个非常亲密的盟友。基姆总统和中国领导的广泛讨论及最后一个月的访问，这一访问过程影响到了金正恩，也给他给他留下了深刻的印象，他将关注朝鲜的经济发展，在不久的将来对朝鲜的老百姓而言，不能不说是一种福音。同时，金正恩也会在他的国家里与贫困作斗争。另一方面，会见美国总统将会被证明是他的一大成就，他的父亲、祖父、父辈无法实现的成就。
世界上任何一个地区的任何积极发展都应该得到赞赏和支持。世界需要和平、稳定和发展。无论何时何地，都有和平与发展的机会，我们必须抓住它，使这个世界安全繁荣。

A rayof hope in the Korean peninsula
——Any positive development in any part of theworld should be appreciated and supported

North Korea’s announcement that it is halting nuclear and missile tests hasreceived a broad international welcome.
This has given us another hope for peace inKorean Peninsula as the matter had been aconcern for the region since 1950s.
The joint military exercises betweenSouth Koreaand US troops were a permanentconcern forNorth Korea.Installations of THAAD and other hi-tech weapons has aggravated the situationfurther. Due to such immense threat,North Koreawas left with no otheroptions, except to develop weapons of deterrence — missiles and nuclearweapons. In spite of many threats and warnings from UN,US, South Korea &International community,North Koreakept on developing such weapons andsuccessfully tested them. The situation was further escalated due to exchangeof harsh words between President Trump and President Kim during the lastcouples of months. The two presidents, keeping all the diplomatic norms, wereusing uncivilised language for each other.
North Koreahas achieved its targets and its capabilities have beenacknowledged
The situation was leading towards a bigdisaster not only forNorth Korea, but for whole region. President Trumpthreatened to attackNorth Koreaand President Kim warned to retaliatewith its mighty Ballistic Missiles and Nuclear Weapons. Even that in Westernmedia there were speculations ofUSattack onNorth Koreain spring 2018. Suddenly a ‘Ray of Hope’ appeared with a news of expected Summit between PresidentTrump and President Kim in May-June 2018.
North Koreahas achieved its targets and its capabilities have beenacknowledged.North Koreamay not need to pursue them further. On the other hand, during the course ofdevelopment of such weapons, all national resources were dedicated on it andeconomic development was compromised. As a result, North Korea suffered a lotin respect of Economic development, shortage of food, lack of health-care &education, as well as wide spread poverty was witnessed.
North Koreawas a very close ally ofChina. During the last month visitof President Kim toChinaand wide range discussions with Chinese leadership, he may have influenced him.He might have been impressed by him. He might focus on North Korean EconomicDevelopment and on the welfare of common man inNorth Koreain the near future. Hemight fight against poverty in his country. On the other hand, meeting with USPresident may prove to be a big achievement for him, which his father,grandfather, elder generation could not achieve.
Any positive development in any part ofworld should be appreciated and supported. The world is in need of ‘peace,stability and development’. Whenever and wherever, there is any opportunity ofpeace and development, we must grab it and make this world safe and prosper.
