福建日报APP-新福建6月19日讯（福建日报记者 林泽贵）19日，海外华侨华人社团厦门联络总部在厦门港澳中心启用，首批共有来自五大洲30个国家和地区的40个海外华侨华人社团入驻。据悉，这一联络总部的设立系国内首创。
总建筑面积1600多平方米的海外华侨华人社团厦门联络总部，内设会议室、会见室、茶歇交流室、办公室以及其他公共配套区域，采取“集中办公、统一管理”运作模式，向海外侨团提供免费办公场地。
据介绍，这一联络总部设立后，除了可以增加厦门与海外华人华侨社团的联谊交往以及侨团之间的互动交流，促进“请进来”、“走出去”的双向协作和多元互动，发挥桥梁纽带作用外，还可以借此引导侨智侨资协同创新，以侨引外，扶持一批华侨华人创业团队进行二次创业，同时为侨商企业优质产品、各国特色产品、各地政策推介、旅游文化宣传等提供展示平台，即更好引侨资、引侨智、凝侨心、聚侨力。
启用当天，“入驻恳谈会暨侨商项目签约仪式”同步举办。签约仪式上，由厦门市外侨办推选了拟落户厦门的正大集团水产投资总部、博恩思医疗机器人、夏日国际贸易，以及拟增资7亿元人民币的厦门美图移动科技等项目合作签约。项目涉及总部经济、金融、人工智能、生物医药、以及高端花卉进出口贸易等。厦门市外侨办负责人表示，希望起到引领示范作用，吸引更多符合厦门市产业发展的侨资侨智项目参与到厦门经济社会建设中。
菲律宾厦门联谊会会长周宗典表示，厦门设立联络总部，体现了特区的创新精神，期待能借此加强和厦门各个部门的交流合作。澳中企业家协会会长林青松也表示，联络总部的设立，能把世界各地的侨团连接在一起，有利于侨团之间横向交流，增进相互了解。他表示，澳中企业家协会进驻后，将带来澳大利亚的优秀产品和项目与各个侨团进行交流。
出席恳谈会的福建省侨办主任冯志农表示，福建省侨办将向海外大力推介宣传，引荐有实力、有意愿来闽发展的海外侨团报名进驻。
