大熊猫是世界生物多样性保护的旗舰物种，中国特产的珍稀动物，也是人类共有的珍贵遗产，被誉为“活化石”和“中国国宝”，是中国国际友好交流的精彩名片。2019年是世界科学发现大熊猫 150周年，为讲好熊猫故事， 弘扬熊猫文化，服务生态文明建设和对外开放，促进以大熊猫为代表的世界生物多样性保护事业的发展，由中国大熊猫保护研究中心、四川省林业和草原局、大熊猫国家公园四川省管理局指导，四川省大熊猫生态与文化建设促进会、四川天娇大熊猫画院共同编纂出版，四川省大熊猫生态与文化建设促进会书画专业委员会、福宝印社承办，中共宝兴县委宣传部协办，面向全球征集 150名书法家、画家的作品，拟编辑出版《全球 150名书画家纪念大熊猫科学发现150 周年～大熊猫书画作品集》（暂名），呈现大熊猫文化的书画精品，向大熊猫科学发现 150 周年献礼。

二、征集对象
面向全球社会各界征集作品，凡热爱大熊猫、关心爱护大熊猫的海内外有识之士均可参加，年龄不限。
三、征集作品要求
1、紧扣“大熊猫”主题，围绕大熊猫历史记载、起源命名、生态生理、保护管理、科学研究、文化交流等展开创作。
2、书法以传统书法作品为主，绘画以国画和油画为主；作品皆以电子文件递交；电子件需 JPG格式，图片大小在 5M 以上；文末须注明作者真实姓名、联系方式、通讯地址，以便采用后能联系到作者。

1、本次征集的作品图片及资料收件日，自启事发布之日起；收件截稿日为 2019 年 3 月 30 日 17:00 终止。
2、四川省大熊猫生态与文化建设促进会、四川天娇大熊猫画院收到作品资料后，即组织专家团队审稿，于 2019 年 4 月 10 日 17:00 前以电子邮件或电话方式告知入选结果。
3、 2019 年 3 月中旬，将特邀部分书画家赴大熊猫科学发现地雅安采风创作。
4、所征入选作品将编辑为《全球150 名书画家纪念大熊猫科学发现150 周年～ 大熊猫书画作品集》（暂名）正式出版，同时在相关微信公众号及媒体发布。
5、凡入选作者将免费获得《全球150 名书画家纪念大熊猫科学发现 150周年～大熊猫书画作品集》（暂名）一本及入选证书。
